KB0206 - Limitations and known issues in Exchange Central 5.0

Exchange Central stop working after Outlook 365 update

Due to an error in Microsoft Outlook 365, version 16.0.11029.20045 (November 2018 update) Exchange Central will not be able to start. Just after showing the splash screen the program will disappear from the screen and stop.

Status: The issue has been solved in version 5.01.11.0005, please download newest release from maintenance.add-on.com or www.add-on.com

Cannot select appointment when there are many appointments displayed in Month view

This display issue occurs because of technical limitations. If the appointment cannot be displayed without using the scroll bar, then it cannot be selected when you scroll down.

Working hours are wrongly displayed when not setting full working hours

This display issue occurs because of technical limitations. When you do not set working hours to a full hour (e.g. 3:30 to 5:30), the display in Timeline – Week Day is wrong.

When “outlook_permission” parameter is used, the startup is very slow
