KB0149 - Cannot send emails after changing RTS Service Endpoint
After changing RealTime Service Endpoint in Resource Central Basic Parameter, emails cannot be sent.
If you check in the Mails table of the database, the following message appears in the SMTPErrorMessage column:
Resource Central Sync Service has not been informed of the new RTS Service Endpoint, and it still uses the old RealTime Service Endpoint → Emails cannot be sent.
To ensure emails are sent with the correct setup:
