KB0002 - Order disappears in One-Step Ordering
If you use ResourceFinder in One-Step Ordering, then look in My Meetings, the order disappears. But if you open order form in My Meetings to order services, it works normally.
Because SQL Service Broker is not enabled, Synchronize Service cannot find the order information (which is still in temp table). Therefore, order information is not input into RC database.
Enable SQL Service Broker.
In SQL Server Management: right click RC database, select Properties. In the database’s properties, select Options and look at Service Broker section as below:
Configure to enable Service Broker as illustrated in the screenshot.
