KB0037 - Errors occur in ResourceFinder after upgrade
After upgrade, some problems might be encountered. E.g., the following message appears when ResourceFinder is opened:
In another case: User creates a new appointment and adds a resource using Resource Finder. The user then reopens the appointment and opens Resource Finder, but found that the resource is not selected. This user wants to add a second resource, but when he presses [Save and Close] the initial resource is removed.
These errors occur because the selected pipeline mode in Application Pool is Integrated mode.
This issue can be resolved by changing the pipeline mode to Classic mode:
Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager ⇒ Application Pools ⇒ Classic .NET AppPool ⇒ Basic Settings. Set as screenshot below:
In the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, open ResourceCentral ⇒ Manage Application ⇒ Advanced Settings. Set up RC to run in “Classic .NET AppPool”
