KB0041 - No email is sent to Organizer and Service Desk Agent if Exchange declines appointment of the newly added resource in a Shared Order Form booking
Organizer creates a Shared Order Form (SOF) reservation.
After that he goes to Tasks, opens the order to add a new resource and update property value.
But appointment of the newly added resource is declined by Exchange.
Result: No email is sent to Organizer and Service Desk Agent, meanwhile they should receive Changed Order email to be notified of changes in the order.
Adding new resources to the RC reservation may have negative impact on existing bookings (emails can be sent from Exchange, but no email is sent from RC).
This has been confirmed as a defect and will be reviewed for a future release of the product.
