KB0154 - Cantina and Front Desk Report log error when RC is deployed outside AD domain
RC throws an error in the event log: “Cannot get phone number for <email@example.com>”.
For RC 3.7.10 SR2+ versions, this error message is: "Active Directory (AD) is not accessible."
In order to fill in organizer Phone Number in Cantina and Front Desk report, RC request this information from AD.
The reports look up data in AD. It works if RC backend is installed on a server in the domain. If RC is deployed outside the domain in which AD is installed, then the information cannot be retrieved by RC.
This has been considered to be improved in a future release of the product.
