Internet Explorer compatibility issues

Symptoms

Some functions are not working correctly when using IE 8, 9 or 10.

Cause

This issue is caused by functions inside Resource Central that is not compatible with IE 8, 9, 10 when browser is running in normal mode.

Resolution

Browser must be configured to run Resource Central in compatibility mode.

Web application like Resource Central is designed for earlier versions of Internet Explorer might not display correctly in IE8, IE9, IE10 or IE11. When you turn on Compatibility View, the webpage you're viewing, as well as any other webpages within the website, will be displayed as if you were using an earlier version of Internet Explorer.

To Turn On Compatibily View for a Website in Internet Explorer do the following, click/tap on the unhighlighted Compatibility View icon button. (See screenshot below)

Turn on compatibility mode

NOTE: The webpage will now reload with Compatibility View turned on for it.
